Weird find on iPhone 4..Airplay?

I was using the voice memo app the other day and pulled up the control center while playing a memo and saw an option for Airplay. I'm running 7.0.4 and the last time I checked Airplay was for 4s and up. I had on headphones while playing and saw the option.

Nope, the iPhone is the only iDevice i own currently. It doesn't show up anywhere else.

I just read an article stating that iOS 4.2 added limited AirPlay support for the iPhone 4.
