There are lots of ways we keep cool in the summer and for most of us, that involves beaches or pools. This week, we're asking you guys to show us how you're staying cool at the beach or near a pool in order to beat the summer heat. Boats, swimming, jet skiing, and of course bikinis!
This time the prize will go to the person who can show us what it takes to really beat the summer heat. So grab those swimsuits and your iPhone and hit your local beach or a pool with friends!
The contest begins today and ends Tuesday, July 23rd, at 10pm Eastern time.
The rules
**Submitted photos must have been taken with an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.**
We'll check the EXIF data of the original file to verify and any edits must have been done with an iPhone or iPad app. No Photoshop, Lightroom, or other external editing programs! If you have external lens accessories such as an Olloclip or other snap-on lens, you are more than welcome to use them.
You can submit as many photos as you'd like, but remember, this is a contest, so make sure you submit your best work!
The Prize: Olloclip for iPhone!
Aside from a thumbs up from the entire iMore crew, this week will be giving away an Olloclip for iPhone which will give you the ability to capture wide angle, fisheye, and macro shots straight from your iPhone!
Now what are you waiting for? Get out there and get shooting!
Once you've got your shots, just attach them to this thread and you're entered!
