Weekly Activity Goal Suggestions

I just realized that I haven’t gotten the Activity Goal suggestions every Monday like I used to. Was this taken away? Is there any way to get it again?

There have been a few weeks when that hasn't happened for me, but I do still get them most weeks. I guess that I'd make sure that (in the watch app), tap Activity, and make sure that Allow Notifications is turned on.
