Try opening the weather app. It worked after I did that.

I think the app might be missing can you take a screen shot of the weather app you opened so I can compare to all the weather apps I have?

YEAH!! Thank you Fausty82 and motor96 that worked!! says my location is far from where I actually am, but at least I have the text on my notification screen!! Thank you so much!!!

I dont have a weather icon on my ipad mini.. updated to iOS 7 earlier today... not sure how I'd change the weather location in the notification center now..
