Weather app similar to Dark Sky?

Hello everyone.

Is there a weather app that has functions/features similar to Dark Sky, but that doesn't use their forecast.io data? I have Dark Sky, but for whatever reason the data just does not work for my location. The app will display Next Hour Forecast temporarily unavailable (radar station down). It rarely shows the Next Hour Forecast, and when it does its way off. The temps seem ok though. Manually inputting locations in other states always works, so it seems to just be a problem here.

I'm looking for an app that can display the basics, but with that hyper-local rain prediction like Dark Sky. Is there anything else out there? I have tried another app that uses the forecast.io data that also does not work for my location. I have emailed the Dark Sky support and they said they'd look into it, but haven't heard back since then.

I checked it out and it looks like it's using the Dark Sky/Forecast.io data though. Bummer.

Yes, but I believe it uses forecast.io/Dark Sky for the minute-to-minute rain forecasting.
