way to disable accessory dock?

Is there anyway to disable the accessory docking mode once you connect to audio system, etc. via 30 pin connector?

Are you jailbroken?

Permanently for that accessory or just when you want to? One way would be through clipping a pin but the other is software which you would need to jailbreak for.
