I’ll install it once I figure out how to get iOS 16.5 installed.

Edit: Seems the Apple Watch is able to run updates standalone. That's why it would seem to require Wi-Fi connectivity for updates.
Edit 2: These are the names my watch requested from the internet. I'll dig deeper with the next update

I noticed that the notification shade on my Apple Watch Series 5 has a weird background shade. Nothing breaking, just looks very weird.

I didn’t make much of it until I saw an article on an Apple news blog about this same issue.
