Watching 1080p movies on iphone 6 experience?

sometimes i love to watch movies on mobile device.. i had note 4 and screen was awesome to watch movies... now i am back to iphone 6 due to tinny speaker on note 4 and weak audio output through headphones and offcourse..lag everywhere. i am watching movies on my iphone from 3 days and loving it .. viewing angles, sharpness and audio output is awesome... only thing about i am worrying is battery drain during watching movie.. it almost drains 20% every hour of movie watching ..i put movies directly into VLC app via itunes without converting as i hate to convert movies. i want to hear from u guys whats ur experience. u guys enjoy watching 1080 p movies on iphone 6? would u prefer iphone 6 for watching movies than note 4?

Never had a Note4... my iPhone6 suits me fine for videos, and everything else I use it for.

hahahah, lag everywhere!! That's android for sure, one thing i hate is lag... and on all devices i had on android lagged...Note or S4...

Playback on the 6 is very enjoyable i must say... although the screen is essentially 720p it is impressive. All the other devices i've owned had 1080p screens and i don't miss it at all... video playback is smoootthhh

Never had a problem with my iPhone playing both 720p / 1080p videos. The only lag I get is from AT&T and their so called "4G LTE"....

I prefer Nokia Lumia 930. I start really hate iPhone 6 Plus. My "best" iPhone ever freez twice today and last week about 8 times. WTF... I never had like this with Windows Phone. Youtube absolutly sucks on iPhone. 1080p playes ok, but not good as on Nokia 930.

yup i agree to that! every android phone i got it lagged after few days of usage. i find videos more sharp and accurate on iphone 6 ips led than amoled's. my only concern is that why iphone 6 sucks way more battery in VLC app while playing movies through this app. is it VLC app or something else.. it drains like 20% an hour which concludes 5 hours video playback in 100% battery! my brightness stays @ 40% or less as i usually watch movie on my iphone at night.

yup 1080 p movies are smooth on iphone 6.

Yah i watch youtube with wifi and bt. About an hour drain about 15 or so on batt life.
