Watch OS 7.0.2 Apple ID Profile Picture doesn’t show up. Just my initials.

After updating to 7.0.2 my Profile photo showed up but after several days it just went away. The photo I'm referring to is when going into settings your name and photo profile is at the very top, currently my name with initials are there, no photo profile. ANY IDEAS WOULD BE APPRECIATED. First Apple Watch, love it, Bought the Apple Watch 6 in stainless steel. I have to stop buying Bands, getting expensive.

7.1 just brought back my iCloud photo
