Watch abc app

I am trying to use the watch abc app it has worked one time before then ever sicne I just get acessing abc and a spinning circle -- any ideas ?

We have tried to restart -- also just checked on phone and it is doing the same :/. I have the phone signed into our att unverse so that's not it


After looking closer the Disney apps are also doing it

I am having issues with them as we'll on my phone. I'm not home so I can't tell about my Apple TV

I am having the same issue on all devices.
