Nope. I was still within the 14 day return period.

Also, apple gives you 30 days on exchange. 14 days is for refund only. Only exception why the won't is if you do a financing plan through your own carrier and if your carrier won't allow it.

Yup. I know somebody who did Att next at apple. Apple just had to call Att to get approval to do it and Att approved. But if you pay retail or do Apple upgrade program, you have 30 days if your going to exchange.
