Want to buy MacBook Air any tips?

Okay so I'm really dying for a MacBook Air, but money is really tight. I would like a 2011-2013 model with an 11 in screen (I would prefer 13" but as I said money is super tight so screen size will have to be sacrificed. Does anyone know a good place to get the best discounts? Such as eBay amazon etc. I know discounts off the newest will be hard to come by but I am willing to buy refurbished and slightly used. Or are there any reasons that I shouldn't buy slightly used?

Check out refurbs on Apple's site. They come with a full one year warranty. There's a 13" from 2012 for 849 and a 11" from 2013 for the same price.

I'd definitely check out the refurbs on Apple's site and check Best Buy for deals

There is a 750$ 2012 refurbished one on amazon. But I've decided to wait until christmas bonus and get a brand new one. I think that will be better, and by then the 2014 air will be out and hopefully with retina display.
