I ordered my first Apple Watch and my first iPad mini from Walmart. I also order certain non perishables and toiletries from Walmart. I'm a bit off the beaten path - which is to say I'm surrounded by forest but less than an hour to a metro area. My experience is their delivery ETAs are solid but definitely not perfect. I'd put their delivery dates being met on par with Amazon. If either says it's to deliver tomorrow then chances are very good it will (side note, where Amazon crushes Walmart is website/app. From selecting products to deliveries to post order look ups, Amazon is just is substantially!! better). But I recall almost always seeing an email from Walmart with a delivery update.
If you have order confirmation that shows tomorrow's ETA, very good chance it'll be there. I'm not overly shocked at the lesser finfo feedback. But if it was me -- especially as iPhone 14 Pros orders are seemingly crazy right now -- I'd call Walmart 800 number. When it comes to the new Apple products I'm a bit of a kid in candy store waiting for arrival. After seeing a glowing review, I've been checking the Apple app several times today to make sure the AirPods Pro 2 are making their progress for delivery tomorrow
(IME stuff bought from Apple has, for me, been 100% hitting the ETAs though it is never with a discount).
