Walking 2-3 miles a day for my Cardio

I have been walking 2-3 miles a day and averaging 7-8000 steps a day since my brother passed. After becoming a heart patient in 2017, I have shed over 65 pounds and have improved my heart functions which I attribute to exercise and eating healthy food.

Since my twin brother passed in May, I have made I promise to keep going forward and life a long life in memory of my brother Don.
