Wake to music?

Does anyone use their iPhone to wake to music? Ideally I would like to wake to a local radio station like my old clock radio. I have found some individual apps that stream their site or station, but is there a radio station app that reliably can be used as a wakeup so I can pick and change the radio stations I listen to in the morning?

I do use my iPhone to wake up to music in the morning, but I'm not aware of any radio station apps that you can wake up to
