Voicemail greeting

I no longer have the option to change my voicemail greeting to custom or default. When I tap voicemail it calls my voicemail.

Have AT&T reset ur vm and that should do the trick.

No, I used to have a button for custom and default.

It's working again. I had Verizon reset my voicemail.

I had to do the same thing with AT&T...concerning at first, but overall it was an easy call and fix. Glad you got it working again!! I definitely don't miss calling VM, putting in my pin, etc!
