Voice over is activated and it wont let me sign in. Keeps saying I have the wrong passcode

I tried to cancel voiceover but the phone kept acting weird so I shut it down and now I cant get back on be ause it keeps saying I have the wrong passcode

triple press the home button to turn off voice over. When its off try and log in to the phone. If you can't get in because you don't remember the passcode then you will need to restore the phone from backup to get the passcode off.
