videoringtone and winterboard

HI all,

i was on a 2.2.1 JB iphone before i upgrade to 3.0.

now i am thinking to JB again just because of 2 apps which are
videoringtones and winterboard

can anybody pls tell me if these cydia apps are working on 3.0..??

i know winterboard does not..is there any other app i can use instead?
