This is a universal iPhone question, but since my phone is from Verizon I figured I would post it here.....

After taking my first video with my phone and playing it back, I noticed a small scrollable timeline on the top of the video. By sliding back and forth, you can view the video frame by frame. At any point, your able to tap on the still picture frame and the option for copy comes up.

My question is, how to we paste or save that particular frame after its been copied?

Thanks.

If you hit play and then pause it, slide to the frame you want, click on the image to get rid of the slide bar/all of the extras. then press the power button and home button at the same time to take a screen shot (the screen will flash white and you will hear a shutter click if the sound is on)... the picture of that frame will be in your camera roll in the photos app. no need to copy/paste
