If the repair was done by a replicable dealer then you should return to them and see what went wrong

If you performed the repair yourself then you need to recheck your work

If it was done by Apple then take it back to the Apple store and show them.

Depends on where you bought the spare part, what tools you used for the repair and how you performed the repair.

Retrace your steps one by one and make sure everything is okay and well-connected in place.

Secondly, make sure vibrations is not disabled in settings or via the mute switch.
