It's not normal that a movie goes live on iTunes the same day it hits movie theaters but then Rob Thomas' Veronica Mars isn't exactly your normal movie. Not only does it reunite the cast of the original TV show, including Kristen Bell (House of Lies) but it received its backing on Kickstarter, the popular crowd-funding platform. Veronica Mars, if you're not familiar with it, was delightful ? Buffy sans slayers. It lasted two and half seasons before it was cancelled and the movie's been a longtime coming. I backed the Kickstarter, bought tickets to the premier last night, and am download the digital version now. If you've been waiting for it as well, it's time to bring it on!
