Just a safety net on their part. It should still deliver around the same time they normally do.

That's strange I've been able to pick up at my FedEx location same day after failed delivery.

I'm seeing the same thing. My Verizon order isn't allowing the option to pick it up at a facility. I'd imagine if the delivery fails I may be able to pick it up. Fortunately I took a half day tomorrow so I'll be around when my phone arrives.

Just got an email from my credit card saying that their fraud defenses flagged my purchase! I logged in and said that it was OK and it does show the charge pending on my credit card account now. Hopefully, everything is OK. Verizon’s site still says processing

Im jealous that your card also got flagged for fraud but they fixed it immediately and your shipment is still on time. Mine was pushed back somehow and i'm getting a ship by 11/3 status STILL with no movement. Im so upset
