Using multiple iCloud accounts with Photos for Mac?

My wife and I currently share an iPhoto Library across two accounts. When we migrate to Photos for Mac once it's available this Spring, will we both be able to use iCloud Photo Library with each of our iCloud accounts in conjunction with the app?
