Using LockScreen Theme (LS Nyx) Cant See Notifications

This might seem like a simple question, but I added a lockscreen theme to my iphone 4 (ios 6.0), in addition to adding a disable lockscreen clock tweak, but I was wondering if there is a tweak or way to still get my notifications to show up in the new lock screen. Example when I recieve a text message the lock screen comes up but is just blank, only showing the lock screen (making it very difficult to know when I would recieve anything at all). Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated, I tried getting a couple notification tweaks to see if it would pull the messages to show but no luck.
