Hello guys, my phone is not letting me update, when I hit General-Software Update it says that my device is up to date

Yeah cause it is. You're using a version higher than what was released today. If you want to downgrade you have to do so through iTunes.

The Lannisters send their regards.

Here's what I did. I used iTunes to shift/click update re-install iOS9 GM. iTunes then found the iOS9 pubic release. The public release of iOS9 is a different build than the GM. Not sure what's different.

Because the IOS newly released is always better than BETA isn't it? or am I wrong?
People always say that BETAS are always slow, etc.

If your device is working fine on the beta - there's no reason to downgrade is there? I'm having ZERO issues with iOS 9.1 Public Beta...

Downgrade via iTunes, as you will never see official OS update if you are a version higher then official release. Remember you can't load a 9.1 back up on 9.0

Thank you everyone for your replies, it is the first time I use the IOS BETA before the official release and I did not know it worked that way, but again, I apologize for my ignorance.
