Maybe I am not a visionary or something.

But, why? We all know, if Apple wanted to create a device with USB-C, they could and would, no?

I wouldn’t buy it if I could

It’s only strength is faster cable data transfer the USB-C connection has always been compared by me to the 30 Pin iPhone 4s and older devices in ease of use

USB C is only a connector, it has nothing to do with speed.

Ok then what’s the hype

Don’t say compatibility when the ease of use of the lightening port and saturation of the market. What would Apple really gain from just going mainstream

I really don’t truly understand this issue????

USB C is only a connector, just like Apple’s Lightning connector. I think people confuse USB C with USB 3.0 or newer. Apple’s 2015 iPad Pro’s Lightning connector was USB 3.0, though there weren’t any USB 3.0 Lightning cables, and the only peripheral that took advantage of USB 3 speeds was Apple’s USB 3 Camera Adapter.

Oops, well, I totally got that all wrong. Thanks for sharing...
