Usage incorrect on my iPhone 6, how can I fix it?

Usage incorrect on my I Phone 6

It shows I have used 11.2 GB, but the total of all my apps shows about 3.5GB used. I have read several threads on this about sinc with I tunes, tried that I can log into account by I have no access to the sinc. Of course I have deleted, recently deleted. I have even hooked up my I phone to my computer & took all the photos off my I phone. Help please.

Have you tried a back up and restore through iTunes? Are you able to post a screenshot of your storage screen?
