USA TODAY will not open on iPad pro.

i am a paid subscriber to newspaper but paper will not open on iPad pro. It opens on iPad 2, and the mini but not on iPad pro.
USA TODAY tech people claim the problem is with iPad pro, not with their delivery. Help.

I take it you have tried the obvious and done a device restart? That is hold down the power button and home button at the same time until the apple logo appears (approx 10 seconds) Then try opening the app again. Also try deleting and reinstalling the app.
