[ URL ] tag not working

Hi,

I'm not sure what I'm missing but the URL tags do not convert the http link into a hyperlink in this post. Please advise how I can fix this. Thanks.

They do work. You don't have a high enough post count.

it's because working links are a privilege with post count and time in the forum. Newbies are also subject to moderation on all posts for a time to ward off spammers. Everything is working as designed.

I understand. Thank you for the clarification. How many posts are needed to acquire that privilege? I can't find it in the FAQ nor rules & guidelines.

Not only with URL's but if you have two or more lines or text and each one has it's own URL... It will combine them...
