URGENT: What is the best APP Company to go to?!?

Hello everyone,

I am an Eaton Corp. intern working on generating an app application for our companies catalog.

General Info:
12 Catalogs
450 pages each

Additional info:
Cheap as possible
Don't think the company wants any programming applications but I threw it in
Iphone and Ipad friendly

Done all the research available and before bringing it to my superiors I wanted to get some real feedback from intelligent hard working individuals... YOU!

For some reason I can't post my work i have done to show you guys...?

QUESTION: WHICH IS THE BEST ONE?????????
I'm looking at myappbuilder, Appomator, and maybe turn page mobile??
All kinda different, kinda wanted to know if these applications were top notch
