Uploading of Photo Folders from Windows Vista PC to iPhone

1. I Have PC Running Windows Vista
2. I have different Folders (Albums) each with a set of Photographs.
3. When I try to up load any folder through iTunes, The Photographs are uploaded in iPhone Photo Library deleting the earlier photographs in the Library.
4. Can some one explain to me step by step how to upload Different Flolders (Albums) with individual names without deleting the photographs in the IPhone Library. Thanks

In iTunes, go to the Photo tab. Check the top box "Sync photos from", then check the box "Selected folders." Then put checks next to the folders you want to sync.
