Upgrade is Oct 7

I plan on getting the iPhone 5 .

On oct 7 should I order from apple or verizon .

Apple shipment date say 3-4 weeks

Verizon says Oct 26 now .

Will one come quicker if I order from a certain site?

Your best bet is to order from apple if you have a store nearby. You can login at 10pm and check the stock in the local apple stores and pick it up the very next day.

Or if you know some people that work at Verizon you could call in and check the stock every so often. Some stores are even nice enough to have a waitlist

You enter in all of your information like you are going to buy it online and when you are looking at delivery click the 2nd option which is Store pickup. When you are in that menu it will tell you which stores will have some and which stores will not. Make sure to login at 9:50 and have everything filled out and ready to go. At 10PM click to check the stock. If they all say unavaliable, back out and try it again a minute or two later. If still nothing, wait until the next day. I am very sure you will get one well before Oct 26th using this method.
