Updated my Watch to OS2 and now the calendar won't sync. Anybody know why?

iMore Question

I've unpaired and repaired, restarted both phone (iPhone 6) and Watch, completely erased the Watch and started over, and it still won't work.

Yes, it's syncing fine elsewhere. Just not to the phone.

In the iCloud settings on the iPhone, disable the toggle next to calendar and when prompted, delete the calendar info from the device. Make sure that "Mirror iPhone" is enabled in the Calendar settings via the Watch app. After about 30 seconds or so, re-enable the toggle on the iPhone. This will cause the iCloud calendar to re-sync to your phone and hopefully to your Watch as well.

This is a known issue with MDM security policies not allowing calendars to sync. I have a ticket open that is now at priority 1 with Apple engineering department (supposedly). According to many forums this is the bug that caused the delay... it would seem they went live anyway.

I have the same issue and my case is being dealt by the engineer team in the US. I will post as soon as I receive an update.
