Update is going on 2 hours for iPhone 4

I went to install the new version of ISO on my iPhone 4 and it has been over 2 hours and still is not half way complete. I can't do anything to it.

Try rebooting the device. The process should restart where it left off.

Ahh! iOS 7 on the 4? Might I ask why? Do it if you really want to, it's a "free" country. Just for warning you, 7 is really laggy on 4's. it's just hard for the processor to keep up with it. I'd recommend checking out the lag on a four with 7 before doing this if you haven't yet. If you can handle it, more power to you. I just know I couldn't.
