If you preordered your iPhone 3gs in an ATT store and have not received an email saying they received it yet, follow these steps to find out!
1.) go to wireless.att.com/order_status
2.) do the tracking via phone number and fill in the correct information (the zip code is the zip code of the store you ordered from and this can be found on the receipt they gave you when you preordered)
3.) if it says shipped use the tracking number on the UPS website to see if it arrived at the store or not
hope this helps if anyone was worried like me because they didnt receive an email...i guess att is having some issues sending out the emails even though the phones are at the stores.
