Unlocking / Jailbreaking iPhone 3GS

Hi all

I have an old iPhone 3GS that I would like to use in Ireland. I have gone through the Jailbreaking process and tried to unlock it using the Ultrasn0w programme, however it is not picking up a signal. The serial number for this iPhone is QR1476YPEDG and the model is MC

Any help would be appreciated
