unlocking iPhone4

Can i unlock my iPhone4(AT&T) with baseband 04.10.01? I can't find that baseband number listed within the "unlock guide". I have the ultrasnOw repo in my phone, but not installed. One other question: If i get the phone unlocked, will it stay unlocked, even if i unjailbreak the phone when ios5 untethered comes out? Thanks.

4.3.3 ? 4.10 my 4 is 4.3.3 and 4.10 only way to unlock is with the Gevey SIM adapter.
