A friend of mine wants to buy an unlocked iPhone, but she has Sprint as her provider. I know there is no real difference between AT&T and Sprint since both are GSM but not sure if the iPhone will work on the Sprint network.

Is this something that can be done and if so, will she lose an functions in the iPhone?
