Unlocked iPhone 5S visual voicemail not working on Metropcs anymore.
My iPhone 5S was activated on Tuesday with Metropcs and everything was working properly. On Thursday, I tried to use the hotspot feature. It didn't work. I called Metropcs customer service and the rep sent a system reset to my phone and now the visual voicemail is not working. I've called and spoke with several representatives and they don't know how to fix my problem. Can someone help me with this?
