Unlocked 3GS - getting it ready for sale?

My daughter wants to sell her 3GS that was unlocked with Ultrasnow.

It is on IOS 4.3.3 with 05.13.04 firmware.

She wants to erase all of her data but keep the jailbreak/unlock so it is attractive to sell.

Can she simply go to Settings/General/Reset ... and just erase everything or will that totally mess-up the jailbreak+unlock that is working so well ???

yes but it will take hours to get reset. better option is to reset it through PC
