Unlock Not Showing

I decided to re-jailbreak my iphone on AT&T and I know I do not need to unlock it but when I was jail-breaking I saw were is asked me to put cydia and installer on but did not ask about unlock.

you will want to add Cydia, I would stay away from Installer though.
