Unlock Iphone 4

I have an AT&T Iphone 4 which I would like to unlock for South Africa. The details of the phone are as follows.
Version 4.3.4 (8K2)
Firmware: 04.10.01
Carrier: AT &T 10.0

Am I able to unlock the phone?

You can't unlock with ultrasn0w on that baseband. You would now have to contact AT&T to see if they can unlock the iPhone.
