Unlock 3.1.3

I want unlock 3.1.3 without Jailbreaking as Geo is about to release LimeRain in the next few days. With my 3.1.2 I just used BlackRa1n.

What tool do I use just to unlock 3.1.3?? And are there any problems I need to know.
Can't do it with a modem firmware number??

I've just spent the last two hours reading. Seems your spot on with that.
So I've got 3x3Gs locked to the Optus(Singtel) network. Can I get Optus to unlock them for me and charge me $80 per phone?

You have to call them to fins out. Many carriers will unlock iPhones now ( though many still won't ).
