Please can anyone advise is unskilled multiplayer suitable for an 11 year old.

He plays a couple of other mature games. Understands the difference between right and wrong, fantasy and reality etc.

Is there any sexual content in there?

The game is rated Mature 17+, so (as a parent myself) I do not advise the game for an 11 year old.

However, I understand each parent views things like this differently, so if you want to be certain then it's best if you play the game yourself and make the call on your own. You'll get different answers when you ask on a public forum, which won't really help you in your decision.
