Unjailbreaking iPad Mini

I'm sure there are some good guides on unjailbreaking on iOS 7. Could someone please point me to one of these?

I need to rejailbreak my device, and since I am on 7.0.6 there doesn't seem to be any way I can update myself into a fresh jailbreak, so I will need to restore everything back to its original settings before rejailbreaking correct?
