Sorry if this has been posted, I am new to the forum. My wife's ipad 2(wifi) had issues turning on and the only way to have it work was to press the power and home button for 30+ seconds so I did a restore. Via iTunes. Put the ipad in recovery mode and began the restore. Everything seemed to be fine until the extracting was done. ITunes says waiting for ipad, logo appears on the ipad and status bar looks like it's at 100% but stays like that.

I've tried serval pcs, MacBook, even downloaded the firmware and everything leads to the same results.
