Unable to hear Whatsapp voice messages on Iphone 6!

I recently updated my Iphone 6 and am now unable to hear incoming or my outgoing voice messages on whatsapp. I am no Iphone guru so perhaps it is something simple but I have reached the extent of my expertise! Thanks in advance for any help provided!

Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the aforementioned app.
