hello sir. how are you? I'm facing 2 issues at the same time.

1. Unable to complete touch ID setup. Please go back and try again.
2. Unable to install Update. An error occurred installing iOS 8.4.1

and another issue is that when I would like to restore my iphone with itune a 53 error is also occurred.

I was switching from IPHONE6 16GB to IPHONE6 64GB and i purchase this phone I'm facing these both problems from the starting. Can you please help me?

If all of these problems are occurring on a brand new iPhone 6 64 GB model then I recommend you take it back to where you purchased it from and get it exchange for another one or make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store, if the place you purchased it from isn't the same. In the meantime, you can make sure you're using the latest version of iTunes. You can put the device in DFU or recovery mode and start over.

Nothing we can do here unfortunately. Take it to an Apple Genius Bar.
