Two Factory Recovery Key Option Gone?

In the past, when I would setup two factor authentication I would also get a recovery key to save as a backup option. I just setup two factor in my 7+ and then logged into my account through appleid.apple.com and there is no option for a recovery key under the Security option.

Any ideas if Apple got rid of this feature?

re:

If you set it up through the Apple ID website, you're using Two Step Authentication.

This is the less secure method.

If you set it up through an iOS device or Mac, you are using Two Factor Authentication (2FA).

This is more secure than Two Step Authentication. You don't get recovery keys with this option. The "recovery" method for 2FA is a trusted device or phone number.

Makes sense. A RECOVERY KEY feature would still be nice considering the trouble I recently went through with switching carriers and not being able to receive text messages.
