Twitter for iPhone Update

I just updated my Twitter app for the new DM message not being restricted to 140 characters...

When I try to DM someone the character count is still there. I have verified the new version is the one I'm running. I have tried force closing the app and re opening it, as well as hard restarting my iPhone. Anyone else not see the update work?

It is my understanding that Twitter - like Facebook - can roll out features slowly across their user base that is separate from app updates.

Mine hasn't changed either. They really shouldn't list it with an update if it's not there. But what do you do? LOL.
